:

  • until 18 years: unconditionally

  • until 25 years : a child that

    • is tied to an learning contract
    • is preparing a graduating thesis at completion of higher studies
    • is in an apprenticeship programme for public office
    • is registered as a job seeker
    • is receiving a type of education for which study points are awarded in the bachelor-master system
