The RD no. 72 or the Royal Decree no. 72 of November 10th 1967 with regard to the retirement and survivorship pensions for self-employed persons (Belgian Law Gazette of November 14th 1967) provide the legal framework for the pension plan for self-employed persons. It has of course been modified several times since then.
