If you did not pay your social contributions at the end of the quarter, sanctions will be imposed. Note: A contribution is considered as paid on the day when the amount was credited to the account of your social insurance fund. An interest of 3% will be charged on late payments. This interest will be charged at the end of every quarter. When at the end of the calendar year you still have not paid your contributions that were first requested for that year, your social insurance fund will on 1 January of the following year charge you an additional one-time increase of 7%. This increase is to be applied on the still outstanding portion of your contributions. You are obliged by law to pay your social contributions and the increases.Your social insurance
fund will do everything within its power to collect the contributions.
