The RD no. 38 is the Royal Decree no. 38 of July 27th 1967 with regard to the arrangements regarding the social status of self-employed persons (Belgian Law Gazette of July 29th 1967). It can be considered as the legal framework for the social status of self-employed persons. It has been modified several times since 1967.
