CVA is the abbreviation of "Commanditaire Vennootschap op Aandelen" (company limited by shares).

A CVA is a company between one or more severally liable or managing partners and one or more financiers or silent partners. The silent partners only bring in capital. In exchange, they receive a number of shares to bearer.

For the establishment of CVA a notarial deed is required.
