The ARS is the Royal Decree of December 19th 1967 with regard to the General Regulation in execution of Royal Decree no. 38 of July 27th 1967 regarding the setup of the social status for the self-employed (Belgian Law Gazette of December 28th 1967). This Royal Decree is a central executive resolution that has been modified several times already.
