Since January 1st 1996 the NISSE has the ability to grant the complete or partial exemption from payment of the increases:

• if the debtor can appeal to force majeure
• in other cases worthy of consideration
  
  
  

Requests
The company can submit a request for exemption from contribution increases to its social security fund. The fund will send the request to the NISSE.

Conditions

• the request must be clearly motivated
• the actual contribution and costs must be paid in full
